Each IP Securus Air Processing System includes a coalescing separator with drain, up to 3 filter housings depending upon the model, Securus monitor (not shown), a pressure maintaining valve to ensure effective air treatment immediately upon the starting of the compressor, vent valve to vent pressure in the filter housings when replacing the cartridges, a pressure gauge (not shown), two check valves to prevent backflow from the system and to maintain positive pressure inside the filter housing(s) for optimum air quality, a safety valve for overpressure protection and panel mounting. The drain on the coalescing separator is connected to an automatic drain system if factory installed on a Field or Shop Series compressor; otherwise, a manual drain is standard as depicted. The initial cartridge(s) is included but shipped loose from the system for installation at start-up. All Air Processing Systems are tested at the factory before shipment.
